For Canadians planning a move to Europe

Plan the move before you make it.

Moving to Europe is a life decision built on a hundred small ones — which visa route, which country, what budget, in what order. We help Canadians work through them in the right sequence, with a licensed immigration professional leading the planning and licensed local lawyers handling the legal filings on the European side.

How it works

1. Consult — A 45-minute working call. We map your situation against the five real routes into Europe (youth mobility, remote work, retirement, ancestry, skilled work) and narrow it to the one or two that actually fit.

2. Roadmap — You receive a written, personal plan: the chosen route step by step, documents to gather, a realistic budget, and a 12-month timeline.

3. Move, with local partners — Where a residence application needs a lawyer licensed in that country, we introduce vetted partners in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Ireland and coordinate alongside them. Their legal fees are separate, and our referral relationships are disclosed to you in writing before any introduction.

What we are — and are not

Move to Europe is a planning and coordination service. We are not a European law firm, and we do not provide legal advice on the immigration law of any European country. Planning, research, budgeting and coordination are ours; legal filings on the European side belong to lawyers licensed there, whom we introduce and work alongside.

The service is led by Aaron Hao, a licensed Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC-IRB) with 300+ cases handled — that licence covers Canadian immigration, and it is why our sister site, Europe to Canada, can act for Europeans coming this way. For moves to Europe, his role is planning and coordination, and we say so plainly.

No one can guarantee a visa outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we guarantee is a plan built on current rules, honest odds, and no surprises about who does what.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Is this legal advice?
A: No. Planning and coordination come from us; legal advice and filings come from licensed local lawyers we introduce.

Q: Who files my application?
A: The local partner lawyer in your destination country. We prepare you, coordinate documents and deadlines, and sit on your side of the table.

Q: Can you guarantee my visa?
A: No, and be wary of anyone who does. We give you an honest assessment of fit and odds before you spend serious money.

Q: What if I only need the consultation?
A: That is a complete service on its own — many clients take the summary and proceed by themselves. If you upgrade to a Roadmap within 30 days, the $250 is credited in full.

Q: How do referrals work — do you get paid by the lawyers?
A: In some cases partner firms pay us a referral fee; in others they don’t. Either way, the arrangement for your case is disclosed to you in writing before the introduction, and it never changes what you pay them.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Consultations are refundable until 48 hours before the call. Roadmaps are staged: if we stop after the consultation stage, you pay only the consultation. Settle-In is billed in two instalments.
